Shipping policy
We currently ship to Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and other supported destinations shown at checkout. The final available shipping method and price are calculated from the delivery address, parcel weight, and the items in your cart.
Free-shipping promotion: Orders delivered in Egypt with a subtotal of EGP 2,000 or more qualify for free shipping.
Saudi Arabia
Shipping is SAR 30 for parcels up to 3 kg. The final available rate is shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates and cash on delivery
The available delivery estimate is shown at checkout or confirmed with you after the order is placed. Cash on delivery is available only when it appears as a payment option at checkout.

سياسة الشحن
نشحن داخل مصر والسعودية وإلى الوجهات الأخرى المتاحة عند إتمام الطلب. يتم حساب طريقة الشحن والسعر النهائيين حسب عنوان التوصيل ووزن الشحنة ومحتويات السلة.
مصر
الطلبات داخل مصر بقيمة 2000 جنيه أو أكثر مؤهلة للشحن المجاني.
السعودية
الشحن 30 ريالًا للشحنات حتى 3 كجم، ويظهر السعر النهائي المتاح عند إتمام الطلب.
موعد التوصيل والدفع عند الاستلام
يظهر تقدير التوصيل المتاح عند إتمام الطلب أو يتم تأكيده معك بعد تسجيله. الدفع عند الاستلام متاح فقط إذا ظهر ضمن طرق الدفع في صفحة إتمام الطلب.
الاسترجاع والدعم
